Hub Assistant is not a service directed to children. School account permissions and deployment rules remain authoritative.
Names, student/contact relationships and school-page context are processed only for the disclosed teacher-assistance purpose. Name display may use same-site PowerSchool roster, demographic and relationship requests. The current automatic name-display mode differs from the earlier opt-in policy.
No student advertising, behavioral profiles, sale of data or transmission to an A.I MY server. Display name maps and roster responses remain in memory. Browser-profile preferences, progress and deadlines are stored locally.
Teachers retain grade-entry, Fill, Save and final messaging/publishing actions. Opening Filter and Summary is a display-assistance step.
Use synthetic or sanitized screenshots for training and support. Avoid sensitive student information in reminder titles. Desktop reminders and downloaded certificate images can be visible to others.
Schools should assess shared devices, browser profiles, permissions, user notice and consent before rollout. A policy page does not itself satisfy in-product notice or school approval.
Permissions: storage, alarms, offscreen; optional notifications. No microphone or camera permission is requested.

Giáo viên quyết định nhập điểm, Fill, Save, gửi tin và đăng bài. Tự mở Filter/Summary chỉ hỗ trợ hiển thị.
Dùng ảnh mô phỏng hoặc đã ẩn thông tin cá nhân khi đào tạo và báo lỗi. Tránh thông tin nhạy cảm trong tên việc. Thông báo máy tính và ảnh chứng nhận đã tải có thể được người khác nhìn thấy.
Trường cần đánh giá thiết bị dùng chung, quyền truy cập, thông báo và đồng ý trước khi triển khai. Trang chính sách không thay thế các bước này.
